EWB Luxembourg is an innovative aquaponics platform addressing food insecurity and resource scarcity in humanitarian contexts. By combining aquaculture and hydroponics, it offers water-efficient, soil-free food production. Piloted in Morocco, Edward integrates IoT, AI, and citizen science to scale sustainably and engage communities. It promotes circular economy principles. The project aims to inspire resilient, locally owned food systems worldwide.
